RATE:

$195 / night dbl. occupancy ( 2 people ). Each additional person + $20.
High Season / Holidays may be additional depending on season.
Includes : Some complimentary breakfast fixings included (Fresh Fruit, Coffee, Tea, Pancake Mix & Syrup, Bread, Butter, Eggs, Jam, Milk, Juice, etc..- exact items may vary)) so you don't have to run out for breakfast and can relax and enjoy the house in the morning.

DEPOSIT:

Credit Card to hold reservation till deposit (check) is received.
One night deposit required to secure reservation.
Balance due upon arrival.
Payment preferred by check, traveler's check, money order, or cash, but credit card possible if absolutely necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Two week cancellation period if booked 1-4 days.
* If cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance deposit is refunded
if house can be rebooked.

Four week cancellation period if booked 4+ days
*If cancelled less than 4 weeks in advance deposit is refunded
if house can be rebooked.
